Let's be blunt:
Google might be on crack again

This is a unique search and it won't work unless you read this first. It needs two different items in the search box. The first item is your search terms, followed by an asterisk, and then followed by the URL of a page that you expect should rank within the top 100 Google results. Each of about 37 Google IP addresses will be queried to see where it ranks. The idea is to discover how consistent Google's index is across various data centers.
1)  The terms plus asterisk plus URL should not exceed 135 characters.
2)  No spaces are needed on either side of the asterisk.
3)  You don't need the http:// or the www. in front of the URL.
4)  We also strip off any trailing slash on the URL.
5)  There is a limit of 5 searches per hour per user.
6)  Google does not see your URL because we strip it before we scrape.
7)  A zero rank means your page was not in the top 100 for those terms.
8)  A mere one or two zeros could just mean that those forks timed out.
9)  The whole thing shouldn't take more than ten seconds.

Example:  my search terms*myhomepage.com
